Canning Dam Scour Valve

HVES designed and manufactured a DN750 Fixed Cone discharge Valve for installation at Canning Dam, Western Australia. This valve was supplied to replace an existing scour valve. The Valve features a body mounted deflector to direct flow into the outlet pond. 

A complete electro hydraulic control system was supplied to operate the valve consisting of a Hydraulic power unit, Stainless steel Cylinders and an Electronic control cabinet.

The valve was successfully commissioned and put into service in October 2015.
